So I have a Whipple with the 120mm throttle body, 3.75 pulley open air intakes, long tube headers double h pipe and coustom exhausted.

I'm looking to go down some pulley sizes and ik I need a fuel pump but wanted to know a happy medium?

Whats gonna get me to mid 800s or pushing 900???

You need return style fuel pump ,injectors and e85 or race gas for it to be safe

You need to decide on a tuner and use what they will support/recommend

I’m on a 3.5… you need a BAP and run either E30 or MS109 etc…

That should be low/mid 800s, from there you need to probably be always on race fuel 3.375/3.25 etc… and it gets more dicey

They don't have a custom tune for the Whipple I thought.
its happening now big tuners have early access already but they are mostly working with shops for now

Would need a return style fuel systemsuch as Fore. For that power youll be good with a dual pump setup and some 1000cc injectors ID1050s or FIC1000.Than of course tuning. Feel free to send me over a message for some pricing on a fuel system.

So a KPM fuel pump (returnless) like the 1500 would not handle it?
KPM rates their kits crank horsepower but for th 800 goal the 1500 will work

You'll need to go with new fuel - ease of use being E85. With this, a fuel system is necessary (KPM only until Whipple tuning is unlocked which, hopefully should be soon).

The KPM system is phenomenal and we can highly recommend it.

With that being said, once tuning is unlocked, I would highly recommend doing so! There is some meat on the bones with swapping tunes.

You are close to your power goal as is, but once you start hitting the 800s, we really need higher octane fuel.

Just to be clear, I assume you are talking about at the wheels? Because you should be there already at the flywheel on 93 octane.

What are you making at wheels now?

Currently stage 1 Whipple setup I made 671hp but suspect the speed limiter robbed me of a few ponies. Stock exhaust except for resonator delete.

Have the Stage 2 stuff (120mm TB and Whipple stage 2 canned tune) ready to go in, impatiently waiting on a 3.650” pulley instead of running the 3.750” the kit came with. Added a fuel pump voltage booster for piece of mind. Thinking this is as far as I’ll go. Famous last words.

Just curious what you do with this car or intend to do with this car. Commute? Is it just for the street? Do you take it to the drag races? Do you take it on HPDE/Track Days? Other?
