I added this to the shock tower brace!

The coupes do not get the brace like the convertibles would be a nice addition to get if i get this 60th coupe I'm looking at. They have a great deal on one so I may get it has been 9 years since I had a Mustang and really miss having a Mustang in the corral. I Drove it and was really impressed with it. It was the best riding and feeling Mustang I have ever drove not a rattle, no wind noise at all and everything lined up body wise. The 5.0 was just a gem it was so smooth, and the active exhaust just made music to my ears. The only thing was they order it with the 3:15 gears would have preferred 3:55's other than that it was perfect.

Yes I agree the 3:55s would have been much better gear over the 3:15. My 2016 Roush Mustang had 3:55s and it was perfect setup with the 6 speed automatic.
I love the look of your coupe!

Set up a 3:15 with a Whipple you'll swear had 4:10 or more. That car was not sluggish with this set up. Probably easier on the tranny too.

Hello everyone, I am new to this channel but wanted to say hello. I just traded in my 2008 Shelby GT500 Cobra for my 2025 Mustang GT Premium 60th anniversary. WOW, what a car, everything I love about Mustangs and more. Drives like a dream and lets you know your in control of every aspect. It the most comfortable sports car I have ever owned and most responsive. I love this car. Its worth every penny of it and so far I am impressed at every corner I take with it. I will attach files after I cleaned it up a bit but before ceramic coating which maybe one day I will do. For niow Ceramic Spray is what the ticket is. I let a couple of my friends drive it and it blew their minds. Ford did an awesome job on this version. So much fun to drive, its addicting.

Glad to see that you car came with the correct red center caps o the wheels. Man did not, as was the case with the one our dealership got in about 6 weeks ago. There's a bulletin out for replacement of the incorrect black center caps for those cars delivered with those.

Ford may say no more than 15% ethanol, but folks with stock tunes and Whipple's were laying down more power on the dyno with E30.

Ok based on your answer, I went to the station, they recommended what the owners manual said. The Ford Manual said for the 2025 Mustangs GT Premium cars use 87 min. and 91+ for a better performance option for your car to run on. Ford hi recommended to use toptiergas.com/ for an authorized station ( to keep warranty intact) . From there when I searched the country mart came up where I get my 91+ ( usually 95 octane) fuel. The only 91+ is the non ethanol. according to top tier what non-ethanol means is its "pure gas" or a gas that does not contain ethanol as an additive. They say most stations add no more than 10-15% ethanol for mainly environmental issues. So then I searched Fords "donot use" fuels and it said
The 2025 Mustang is designed to operate on regular unleaded gasoline with a minimum pump (R+M)/2 octane rating of 87.[1] For best overall vehicle and engine performance, premium fuel with an octane rating of 91 or higher is recommended.[1]

Ford said in manual "Do not use:[1]"

  • Diesel fuel.
  • Fuels containing kerosene or paraffin.
  • Fuel containing more than 15% ethanol (E15) or E85 fuel.
  • Fuels containing methanol.
  • Fuels containing metallic-based additives, including manganese-based compounds.

When I asked my AI if non ethanol fuels had any of these characteristics it said no

So I asked
is non ethanol safe in all car engines, since Ethanol is an additive as well and more than 15% in Fords is disastrous, according to Ford.

Answer
" In short, yes, non-ethanol gasoline is generally considered safe for use in all car engines
.
Historically, ethanol in fuel caused problems with older vehicles (pre-1970s) because it corroded and damaged fuel system components made of rubber and cork.
However, the materials used in the fuel systems of cars produced since the mid-1970s are designed to withstand ethanol in gasoline, typically up to a 10% blend (E10). Even higher blends like E15 (15% ethanol) are considered safe for vehicles made in 2001 or later, according to the EPA. Some vehicles (called flex-fuel vehicles) are even designed to handle up to 85% ethanol (E85) blends.
So, while ethanol-free gas won't harm your car, it may not offer significant advantages for modern cars and can even be more expensive per gallon than ethanol-blended options.

Potential benefits of non-ethanol gas
  • Better Fuel Economy: Ethanol has lower energy content than gasoline, so non-ethanol fuel can offer slightly better fuel economy (around 3%).
  • Less Corrosive: Ethanol can attract water, leading to rust and corrosion in the fuel system over time. Non-ethanol gas avoids this issue.
  • Better for Storage: Ethanol-free gas can be stored for longer durations (up to six months) compared to ethanol-blended fuel (about three months). This makes it ideal for vehicles or equipment that are used intermittently, like classic cars or outdoor power equipment.
Ultimately, for most modern vehicles that are driven regularly, using the recommended octane level, regardless of ethanol content (up to 10-15%), is perfectly safe. However, if you have an older car, operate a boat, or use small engine equipment, ethanol-free gasoline may be a worthwhile investment to extend engine life and reduce maintenance issues.

  • Is ethanol-free gas bad for your car? - Bell Performance
Mar 1, 2018 — Is ethanol-free gas bad for your car? ... This seems like a rather strange question. Is ethanol-free gas bad for your car? Isn't that the same gas we all used before ethanol was added?

So apparently non-ethanol has nothing to do with additives but using "toptier gasolines" does according to Ford and Top Tier.
90% of the time, I buy 93 octane, E10 Top Tier gas for my Mustang from a pump that also has 95 octane gas specifically labeled "non-top tier". I notice a lot of people use it in boats on weekends. I've tried it in other vehicles I own with no discernable difference in my butt dyno. Do your research on Top Tier, and there is something to it and OEM's recommend it for a reason. I have no plans to race my GT in any way and it's fast enough for me as I ordered it. Fuel for a 2025 Mustang doesn't require any over-thinking, to me. We all have an opinion just like on what motor oil we use.

I hope he has luck with the PP. They tend to be the needle in a haystack. I seen at least one searching 75030. They'll list for at least 67,000. Seen a Dark Horse for 70,000. May as well go for that. Magnaride is included with the DH.

That may be because dealers don't order as many of them for inventory. Most are special order cars. $67k, dang, I'm glad I ordered when I did. At that price the DH is the better choice. It's crazy the differences in the cars when you drive them all. The DH is a much tighter car than the GT PP and the GT PP feels like a DH compared to the GT.
