Has anyone actually put in a 2026 order?

Subject says it all. People here saying order banks open. Dealerships say they can only still order 2025s. Someone is wrong.

I'm getting mixed answers too. I've only factory ordered a vehicle once in my life and that was my 2024 Ecoboost. I did so by going to the dealer and using the configurator on Ford's website. And as of this writing the configurator for the 2026 isn't available yet.

The day the order guide came out is the same day the ‘25 order banks closed. Which sucked for me as I actually wanted to order a ‘25. The next day my dealer confirmed they couldn’t order ‘25s anymore. Which is in line what @fordvideoguy has said.

Order banks won't open until July 21st, first run production scheduled for first week of November

2026 Mustang Order Banks are open. We have placed several orders already including an FX Package order. Adriatic Blue is available in every trim not just the FX Package. They will start to schedule 2026 orders for September production dates next week.
