I mentioned some time back that I was getting these fitted. Well it's turned into a saga. The guy the dealer recommended stuffed the install up, falsing constantly, and I'm getting a refund from him.
I've got another outfit lined up to do them with a speed sensor to control them. I have found a brand name, not sure it's available in the States, Parkmate.
I'll post more details when it happens.

Parking sensors? Without some information on what parking sensors, I don't know how to respond. I have an EB Premium, and it has what you could say are parking sensors, which I believe also come on the non premium.

It says FRONT parking sensors and you are talking about the REAR parking sensors.

We only get rear sensors and camera on the GT down here. That long nose needs some kind of warning, and my wife gets sick of being my parking sensor

Not only down there, everywhere.

I've been parking cars for 33 years. Never had a parking sensor until my wife's new Tucson a few months ago. In that time I never hit anything pulling into a spot and generally managed to always park straight. All this technology is making us dumber. Learn to park I say. 🫠

Same here, but I never had a car that emulated Jimmy Durante before. And, most cars had some form of substantial bumper.
Plus, I don't want to scratch my baby.

It’s wonderful all of those who don’t need them. We don’t need to know..

Maybe leave this thread to those who would like them/ think be a good feature..
It's like spamming on the supercharger thread that we don't need them. People like to hijack threads by going offtopic and make it look like they are a rolemodel and we should do what they say, like what they like and think how they think.
