100% agree.
Ya just got a pay more ta get less. Sort of like "Sugar Free" foods. You pay more, and they save on sugar, and replace it with cancer causing product that makes the product taste horrible. Just like when I wanted Brembos on a 300A, I also had to purchase the Nite Pony Package for nearly $1800 extra. But they're nice enough to throw in a useless black painted roof. I know to some it looks good. Just get some of that black wrap and make a black roof.

I never understood why you have to buy a premium for Recaro seats. The seats that remove all the premium features lol.
Agree, and I am the stupid one who has the Premium, 401A and Recaro. Paid money to breathe air.

To be fair, those recaros look really really good.
Well, that's the only reason I got them. But to be fair, I was in a hurry to buy the car that I wanted and could not find the exact spec on the lot. The one I bought had literally everything except the Premium seats. So I had to take this one and be happy or configurate a costum car and wait many more months. And then I thought, well.. at least the seats look way better. And I find them really comfortable. I was afraid they were not comfortable since many people complained about back pain and stuff, but for me they are as good as the Premium seats.

Looks like it is hardly worth going with the 400A anymore with no leather, no aluminum pedals, and optional one piece screen. once you option on the screen at probably $1K might as well go with the 401A. they are really cutting standard content. and no standard mats,

True. Then once the 401A is up graded it's close to the next model. And since a 509A does not exist , the base 600A is not far from the 491A, plus the Cherry On Top is the Tremec, you may want that. And after all the Rocking and Rolling, then being too scared to scratch it, or have it get stolen, one goes back 300A. I did. Actually a 700A.

Well the 400A had fake leather and hard plastic anyway. I still think the 401A gets you quite a bit more when you factor in the heated/cooled/powered seats, soft touch surfaces, real leather, and an upgraded sound system.

The seats on both the 400a and 401a are both automotive “leather” on the seating surfaces only. The rest of the seat is pleather. The 401a does use an upgraded product and stitching.

The 401a definitely has a nicer interior.

the 24 and 25 400A has heated and cooled leather, just different stitching & center section from 401A, I have the 400A and it is nice, did not see anything I needed on 401A for the money, did not want that 360 stuff, would have liked the B&O but not worth the $2500 or so extra because you have to option the 360 to get B&O. But if Ford keeps it that way from the 26's on probably go 401A next time.

Hmmm, I'm pretty sure the 400A inserts are that active X material, and the 401A is full grain leather. Same with the wheel.

But yes, either way the stitching is much nicer on the 401A.

Sorry about that, I was thinking ‘24/25 not ‘26.
