I'm pretty sure it does since you had to win a lottery just to have the opportunity to buy one, with the low numbers of available. Also I saved and printed off the email saying I had been selected and the ford page's that had the promotion on it to add the rarity of it.It's something that they are giving to Brittany Blue owners. I know they are out there ,seen some on a mustang gt 60th anniversary at a dealership in springfield mo, even checked with the parts guy and he couldn't find them in the ford catalog by Vin even.
