Ford Tricked Me!! I was all excited and then realized it was a cosmetic change

So for the last 2 weeks I've been seeing this....

Then today I log in to do my daily "Will they, Won't They" and I see this!

It's like someone was sitting there within the last 24 hours saying "Hey, let's keep it interesting and change some of the script to present things in a different way".

Well played Ford, well played. I got excited for a second!

Ya, Ford's trackers can often be considered a "suggestion". . They're pretty accurate. Good to see first week of August. I've seen that date several times in other posts.

LOL I hear ya! I've seen a few people watch their stuff get pushed.

For me that would be a deal breaker. Right now I'm sort of dragging my feet on autotrader selling my supercharged 2021 GT Premium. If the DH gets built then I'll sell, if it doesn't and gets pushed, into who knows when, or begins a 2025 order, I'll scrub it and keep my 2021 and call it a day.

I accept the following comment can be a lot of my perception, but it seems like Ford has been struggling with DH production, almost from the start of MY24. Not to imply there's something wrong from a quality or engineering perspective, just something has seemed to be off in overall production. A supplier is struggling, someone mis-calculated the # of parts needed, allocation process fits-and-starts, scheduling snafus. Maybe all of that.

Hopefully, things will settle down, with any delays ending in the coming months. In prior MYs, Ford has been known to begin cranking the line up to maximum warp. Maybe that's gonna start in August.
