Just picked up my DH today. Looks like a 4x4 and yes, the spring blocks have been removed.

Any ideas / comments?

Something is still holding the suspension up. Jack her up and check again from underneath. Ensure there aren’t any clips holding the shocks up, independently from the springs (like what was on S550 GT500s)

As a reference, I looked at multiple DH photos on-line. The gaps don't seem as great. In the photos you've posted, I've noticed how the arc of the wheel well itself is not even around the circumference of the tire; it looks higher up top, relative to the rest of the well's arc.

You've already checked for shipping blocks.

Along with the physical checks noted earlier, I'd like to gain confidence the logical is working/calibrated/sensing as expected. I'm not implying anything is broke, just needs a slap or re-reference.

One thing I could think of: Transport mode.

https://www.robsightford.com/transport-mode/

I couldn't confirm it, but I wonder, if the car is still in Transport mode, how does that affect the suspension?

The link above explains how to deactivate the mode. Wouldn't hurt checking that. I have read multiple posts that, if active, it automatically turns off after 50 miles / 80 kms.

As an additional check, changing the driving mode (to Sport+, etc.) , taking a short trip, then changing back to the Normal mode.

It's going back today. Something is definitely not right. When turning the wheel off center at speed it wants to keep going in that direction. Similar to tram lining but different.

I was able to rev it to 6000rpm,so not in delivery mode but I will check.

Thanks

Question
What is the purpose of the spacers?
Does the car actually need them?
My DH has them. I just figured Ford put them there so I left them. I'm running 20's square w/Michelins. Rides a little smoother and seems to handle a better. Never cared for the Zero's .

The spacers should be there for transit. I would imagine it helps the car from bouncing and potentially causing any damage while being moved so it doesn’t bottom out.

So then if that's the reason then there's no reason to leave them in place! The ride shouldn't change negatively. Am I correct in thinking this.
Mine is currently in the shop for suspension fault. 80 mph limited.
They replaced both rear shocks which they refer to as stabilizers. That didn't solve the problem. Ford tech engineer said to also replace the modules and that will fix it. Won't be ready until Friday. Wonder if those clips/spacers could've caused the fault code.

those are supposed to be removed in the pdi that will make the car stiffer as it limits suspension travel and that could be the reason for your suspension fault surprised dealer did not pick up on that i would have them remove them and clear the fault and see if it comes back

If the flair is missing I would go through the checklist for the HP along with underbody pieces.

added pic for space ref

That's what I need. Thank you. Car is back at the dealership. There are a couple of paint issues as well that need fixing. I've asked them to perform an alignment as well. Other than the ride height, it just drives weird - pulling in both directions off center.
