Hello all I'm back!!!

I sold my 16 V6 a few years back and then last week I decided to buy a new 2026 Ecoboost premium. OMG that HP is underrated on these cars.. But that's not what I'm here for.

I get in the car and I'm driving around and I keep hearing a noise like the AC is blowing or a window is open in the back, NO AC was on, no windows down and radio was off. I'm hearing white noise coming from behind my left shoulder. Is this normal? It's kind of annoying, I think it's the Active Noise Cancelation acting screwy. I'm going to have the dealer look at it but has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks in advance!

Do you have ventilated seats?

Convertible? For S650, ANC is only enabled on the convertibles... ESE (Electronic Sound Enhancement) is enabled on all of them.

Sounds like my 2025 EB Premium when the seat cooling feature is turned on. Check the display and see if turning the heated / cooling seat feature on and off (and through different settings) changes this sound.

(if the seat indicator on the middle display screen is blue, it is in cooling mode)

I would check to see if there was a grounding issue / wire off from a rear speaker. If that looks fine, I would take it in for repairs.

There are a few threads here walking through the steps to disable noise cancellation and/or added engine sounds. Depending on your comfort level, you could try that. Good luck!

If it's ANC, you can use Forscan or get a bypass harness to get rid of that.
However, I would doubt that b/c its only seems to be coming from left side and maybe back area.

I heard a noise almost exactly as you're describing once and it was my ventilated seat, but you say that's off. Maybe the window isn't rolling up completely or a seal is off?

Yeah i'm gonna have the guys at the dealer ship check it or i'll go sit in another ecoboost, If it's normal i'll live with it, but i think it's off.

Congrats on the EB.

Unlike the 5.0's, Ford has offered a performance tune for that engine that is +35 HP and +50 pound/feet over stock.

350 HP. 400 pound/feet is nothing to sneeze about, it is a real gain over stock, but it comes with a hefty price tag.

I did the FPT on my MY22 Ranger with the 2.3. Day and night difference. Regular mode became like previous Sport mode and post tune Sport mode was amazing. I felt it was money well spent
