Which rim do you like better?

Yeah, definitely not the best picture. Plus you can see the silver rim behind the gray rim, which throws it off.

Definitely look better in person... and they definitely look less black in person and they don't blend in with the tire as much.

For fun, I'll do a poll to see which you all like better.

I have always LOVED aluminum rims - especially the ones on my 2015 50th Anniversary (appearance package), so when I bought my 2024 I wouldn't even look at a car without them. Plus, I've never been a fan of the Performance Pack.

Now, however, the carbonized gray rims from the Performance Package are growing on me. Maybe the silver painted ones are too much of a contrast to the black?

In the pics, clearly the gray rim/tire is just sitting in front of the aluminum one, but it gives a pretty good idea.

the front rim is to busy looks like a rim with some kind of wheel cover. Like the back wheel just wrong finish. Hope that helps.

The front rim is sitting in front of the silver rim that is mounted on the car, that's why it looks busy - it was just to give an idea of what the carbonized gray would look like. The final look (with the gray rim installed) is in the post right before yours.

I have the Shadow Black with the Bronze Wheel Package and Red Brembo Brake Calipers. On a Black car they look great and over the summer, I had many people say the wheels make the car. Honestly, the silver painted wheels look too much like the standard wheel that would come on an EcoBoost. They seem plain to me. But, if we all liked the same, we would all live in a white house with a green roof! Buy what you like. That's what's great about America!!!

I replaced the base black GT wheels the second day I had the car with these... kind of like the older GT500 wheels, and my Mustang center caps even fit/

Yep… black I wouldn’t like. These are gray. Doesn’t sound like a huge difference, but the contrast is what I like against the black car/black tires.

I hate to say it, and it’s just my opinion, but the basic silver wheels make the car look cheap/cheaper. Maybe not so much on other colors like, say, Grabber Blue, but on the black, yes.

I got them at Discount Tire, all 4, mount, balance, lug nuts and tax were under $1,000. The are a light charcoal, and I'v ehad a lot of positive comments on them. I got a size that would accept the factory tires, but they have them in other sizes as well.

I don't know why there is so much hate for silver these days. It doesn't work against all colors but black is way over done and over appreciated. The silver looks much better against a dark color. these wheels also show off the beautiful Brembos better than the PITA to clean PP design. A medium grey would be a nice compromise.
