Wheel and Tire Upgrade Question - non HP Dark Horse

Does anyone see problems with the following wheel/tire setup on a non-HP Dark Horse?

Front
285/35R19 Michelin PS 4S on Apex 19x10 wheels - 40 mm offset (same as stock wheels)

Rear
295/35R19 Michelin PS 4S on Apex 19x11 wheels - 52 mm offset (stock is 52.5 mm) Diameter is 27.1 vs 27.7 stock

On my non HP DH, I put rear tires on front and purchased Pirelli pzero 305x35-19 on rear, all stock wheels. Just another option if you don't want to change wheels.
