Updated Ford Pass app

Having owned a Tesla in the past, I always looked at charge %, not range. That would be the equivalent of a fuel guage. If they are that worried about it, show both. Show the fuel gage/charge %, with range underneath it. Solves both needs.
I hope the app is smart enough to tell the difference between ICE and EV, but perhaps not. Disappointing.

I would hope the app could tell the difference between a tank and a battery.

The new app is garbage. Lost a lot of details, vehicle health is "temporarily unavailable" so I can't see odometer mileage - but it is available online at Ford's website for my vehicle.

Apple Watch app doesn't work anymore, keeps saying vehicle connectivity disabled. It worked fine the night before the 5.0 update was pushed

Well I'll be... 5.0.1 was pushed to my phone and you're right, that is working now. Apple Watch still doesn't work.

App update sucks. I posted a thread about it earlier in the week that my oil life went back to 100% after the update. I have no idea why, unless some elves came by my house overnight and gave me an oil change. Super lame update that is less user-friendly.

Check your car for the oil life figure. That's where FordPass gets it from. Also make sure you have the latest version of FordPass just issued the other day. A few fixes in it.

Android... go to play store on the device your app is installed on. Search for it as it you are going to install it. Instead of an install button, you will see an update button. Hit update and it will update the app. I just did it.

Apple users... I have no idea.

The app changed my oil life to 100% as well. And on my car - it was changed there as well.

Apple users do pretty much the same thing. When I found it in the App Store it showed up as needing to be updated.
