Tracker went from Built to Confirmed?

This happen to anyone? It updated to Built on 9/4 after going through all the steps. Then it went back to Order Confirmed on 9/15. Ford chat said she sees it scheduled for next week?? Dealer says it looks like it is on truck. So confused. Anyone have tracker go backwards?

The same thing happened to me (and just about everyone here who has their car). It's a weird glitch in the system. Your car is about to ship! It's being handed off to the shipper and your tracker should update in about 24 hours. The "Get Your Garage Ready" email from Ford should hit your inbox in a few days. Enjoy the car!

I did, they said it was scheduled to build next week. That's how I got confused on how it went through everything and back to confirmed. Now jumped to final prep. It will come by truck.

Same thing happened to me this morning. I got so worried until I read that it’s pretty much a normal, common thing and means it’s about to ship or shipped already. Dealer said ETA Oct 3. So Excited.

Yep, turned out mine was on a truck when it did that. It was a Friday when it flipped to confirmed and Ford chat said it was scheduled to build. Then on Monday, like at 10pm, it flipped to Final prep, that's when the truck dropped it at the dealer. I picked it up the next day on the Tuesday. I am about 6 hours from Detroit, so depending on where you are, may have it sooner.
