Got call from dealer today..car is in went to do paperwork.. mentioned to my salesman that the tracker just shows built. that is when he told me the tracker is not from Ford but 3rd company..they don't keep it updated.

Thank you for this. Gives me a bit of hope. My car has been built since 8/20 but haven’t gotten any update after that.
