All plants are down between Christmas and New Years every year. Today is the last day of production; Flat Rock is back on January 2nd.

if you order at the right dealer 3 months would be about right for what he wants. Yes, 2 months seems a bit quick, but not far fetched at this point.

I know a local dealer here in MI that has one just like that and I saw it last night and it's on their website. Also the dealer you were talking to is full of it. 2-3 months is all it'll take to special order what you want.

good news, the engine was probably built a month or so ago as well as being built in Windsor (which Unifor has their contract deadline tonight)

Ours was/is scheduled for week of 9/18 and today went to “in production”. Also can’t see the window sticker yet.

Rapid red for us :thumbsup: I saw a 2024 convertible at the dealer and it looks marvelous in person. We have the fastback ordered. Keeping hopes on the low as it's scheduled after the UAW contract expires. So could get delays until they come back.

Odd because our local dealer got 4 in and only 1 is a convertible.

I sure hope you are right. I recall a situation a few years ago that Ford moved vehicles from Chicago to Flat Rock due to parts / quality issues. I'm sure they were on transports. Again, still standing by and hope you are correct. I'd like to see some on the road soon.
