The felt liner past the wheel well that extends along the side of the bottom of the 2024 mustang

Hello was driving across country and ran over something most likely a fender and it blew my tire out and cut a hole in this felt panel. I think its some type of splash guard/aerodynamic type piece. Looking to try and find out the name of it so I can order a replacement if anyone might know.
