This may help. Ford just released it last week.

However, in order for the dealer to do this (if they do it, because this document is not some smoking gun you can use to get them to update it), the update(s) need to be available for your particular VIN. In other words: If they plug your can in and it does not show an update pending for the modules listed in the TSB, they can't do anything to update it.
Hey thank you for the TSB. Do you know if FDRS will work with an Openport cable? The cable works with Forscan.

These are all steps I can do.

Hey thank you for the TSB. Do you know if FDRS will work with an Openport cable? The cable works with Forscan.

It will not. I do not recommend anything less than a Mongoose for FDRS.

Eh, I'm not paying $800 USD for yet another vehicle specific cable.

The dealer can look at it and hopefully fix it.

$575 USD on Amazon.com

Amazon.ca says $801, so I assume that's CAD dollars.

The dealer can look at it and hopefully fix it.
