I didn't like the ones from ZL1 addons... even though I also tried trimming them down. I think my front tires @ 265 are not it too much need of guards, and the DH HP rear guards seem to give enough protection for the rear @ 305 without looking ugly (like a truck).

I have the Extreme Online Store ones, and they stick out way more than OEM, but they also stick out way less than other aftermarket mud guards.

A few days ago, somebody on the forum, don't remember his name, he sells mud guards too, told me that the rock guards that I bought are non-functional and only cosmetic. Well, in that case, if mine are non-functional, what are yours? Self destructive? lol.

They sent me matt for the front and gloss for the rear

I added the NYTOP rear diffuser in plastic... figured if I went CF then I would need other CF parts to go with it.

More steps in the right direction (more HP). I got an intercooler from Mishimoto, still trying to find the time to install it. I also got the Ford Performance calibration... but too much rain is keeping the car in the garage, so no chance to check it out yet.

So with the add ons added up (not sure they will all stack up like this)... I think a downpipe and custom tune could put it around 400HP and more torque than the V8 powered ponies!
stock tune315 hp350 tq
FP tune35 hp50 tq
K&N CAI 19 hp 18 tq
intercooler 12 hp 11 tq

Are the numbers in that chart dyno results for your car?

They are the dyno numbers from the manufacturers... just added up, no actual dynos were harmed...

I am interested to hear how the intercooler goes. It looks like getting the bumper off is a pain and the Mishimoto install video conveniently ignores that part. Did you get the kit that includes Mishimoto's pipes or just the intercooler by itself? It seemed like a lot of extra expense for some pipes I am not going to see, so I was planning to reuse OEM if I get one, but I'd like to hear from someone who has actually installed one.

I got the full kit with the pipes. It appears that if I want the pipes later, it would require a full pull apart again, and I didn't want that. You also probably need to have their pipes to see the full claimed hp/tq improvement. Haven't had time to install it yet though. Hoping the bumper is no harder than my S550... I've had the front end off of that a couple times... actually not too hard.

You’ll probably get to it before I decide to take the plunge. Interested to hear how it goes. I am also thinking if I end up doing it that I might get the Mishi radiator too at the same time. I have not had my car through the summer time here yet but with summer temps plus running A/C all the time I figure it might be nice, it looks very beefy.

That is a great upgrade option for the Ecoboost. That is basically the Dark Horse radiator. I wish somebody made an off the shelf upgrade to the Dark Horse radiator with extra cooling capacity above and beyond that level, for say, folks wanting forced induction on the 5.0 and track days . . .

Love to see how far this build has come. Such a beautiful car in all aspects... from the drive to the looks

Today I finally added the intercooler and charge pipes... the front end was a bit harder than I remember... of course it has been a few years since the S550. I think cj ponyparts has a good video of the front end removal IIRC... though S550, it is all basically the same. The bottom tray doesn't need to be completely removed... it can remain attached to the front end... just revove fasteners along the rear/center and around fender wells. I managed to mangle many of the "fir tree" style plastic rivets around the air shutter frame (PP only gets the frame but no shutters), so bought a pack (of 10 I think) to replace all of them.
