Just got my Dark Horse back from DaSilva Racing in Pickering, Ontario where they installed a Roush Phase 2 supercharger. Dyno results came in at 683 RWHP and 541 RWTQ. No other modifications were done. For those of you who may be in Southern Ontario and looking for a top notch Mustang shop, I cannot rate DaSilva Racing highly enough. The work was done exactly as promised and on time, and my car was picked up and delivered back to me in pristine condition. Looking forward to winter's end so that I can get this bad boy out on the road again. Only has 429 miles on the odometer!

I am happy for you and am sure you will love the car. So my question is, the DH is not cheap, the Supercharger is not cheap, did you not consider having the supercharger painted to match the car before the install?

Cali and Texas!!! Man, what that must be like. No snow, sunshine and rainbows!!! Lucky you! I'm about to go shovel my driveway to get my winter beater to the grocery store LOL

Although, in trade, I have 94 octane available here.

I've been debating pushing a SC on this car. I know I swore up and down to my gf that I wouldn't do to this car what I did to my 21 GT Premium (had Ford install a Roush Phase 2) but I'm thinking maybe next year after I get a summer out of it this year.

Time will tell.
I'd like to get the Rush for my daughter. But will most likely stick with the Whipple for the warranty. Going to have it painted vapor blue to match the paint job. Sad thing is the Whipple doesn't have the good looks of the Rush. I seen a Video of VMP marketing the exact same Roush painted black. Seems no one company holds a license to make these. It's like buying a factory fresh Ford from Chevy. What gives. Three companies sell the exact same SC a Whipple.

Four companies. Whipple, VMP, Ford Racing, Lethal Performance

Yep. But even Ford Performance wants to sell the Whipple. The place carries both. They're all about the same in pricing. Want to get a Ford short throw shifter. Thing does through gears quick. And a weighted shift knob.

We may have snow, but we don't have massive forest fires or earthquakes, either.

If we have a quake on the major fault line, centered in the middle of a major faultline, which was once a major drag racing and WW2 racing fighter planes, it will be more than major. Many cities built directly above it. We don't have much for fires. Not many trees here.
