It is a PITA in the Mustang because of the pedal arrangement (at least in RHD models) and slightly grabby brakes. Try it in a MX5 Miata; it's an utter joy.Double clutching isn’t necessary, but heel and toeing is a PITA. I drove stick since 1970, and all this discussion is pure opinion. I rev match, double clutch, power shift, and once in a blue moon shift without clutching. I’m just happy to drive.
Possibly the best car I've had for heel and toe was a Jaguar X Type, oddly.
