I believe that's a beta version of the upcoming FordPass app. You have to be signed up on the beta program to get it.

Can not perform this action with the iOS version. You have to hold down command button and then when you release to enter other command, it doesn’t recognize the second press. And also when you press and have to hold, it takes a few seconds to complete the action anyway.

Would’ve been cool if it worked!!
