Did you have no OEM spoiler? Wondering because of the holes for the OEM spoilers. And... how strong the tape is.... I have been looking at the same spoiler for a while, I just was unsure about the holes and the tape mount....

Pretty sure on page one there was a painted version. It just blends in.

Yes, I had the OEM spoiler. The new spoiler covers the holes.

There is both tape and adhesive used to attach it. I live in Arizona and its been rock solid for over a year. No cracking, flexing, or moving.

Yeah I removed the OEM spoiler and it was a nightmare. Got too aggressive with the fishing line and burned the paint in spots. Spent multiple times touching it up until it was near invisible. Also lifted the OEM spoiler too hard to break the tape seal and hear a loud POP. Turns out the rear module is held on by 3M tape to hold the forward facing lip down. Tried to patch that, but it still lifts a little at the trunk seam....ugh.

But it passes the 5 ft. rule, and I just moved on.

IMO the rear blackout panel really sets off the rear and highly suggest the one Ford sells. It's a great match to the spoiler.

I ordered with the spoiler delete. If and when I decide to put one on this is the only one I would go for. The louvers that Ford offers look like the best ones also.

The best rear window louvers are the aluminum ones. CJPonyparts has them. I think that's where I got mine...or American Muscle...one of those. $600 well spent.

Side window louvers: Ford's are way overpriced. I got decent ones from American Muscle. Nice gloss black for like $65. Only catch is the double sided tape included is really bad. Have to buy 3M

Very similar to this for a paint match. Impressed with the match for Brittany Blue. Very small differences between the spoilers.
