Hoping for some insight from real people instead of Copilot or Gemini. I currently have stock PP wheels on my GT with Magneride and need new tires as I have pushed my luck to 29k miles on the set that came on my car two years ago. I am thinking of this opportunity to upgrade to 19" SM-10 Apex wheels. Being winter of course (even in Texas on some days ☺ ) and this being my daily driver, I need to add some all seasons. I was hoping to go to 275/305 staggered setup but have learned that those tires don't exist. I am also looking to add stop the hop kit and Steeda sport lowering springs while I'm at it. AI tells me that a square setup with 285 all around on 19x10 ET40 is my best bet. I'll probably be keeping the all season setup until I can afford dedicated "winter" and summer tires.

Looking for advice from anyone with personal experience with this setup. Thanks in advance!

I would keep the staggered set up, its better for handling at the expense of accelerated tire wear due to lack of being able to rotate them. A good size would be 265 or 275 40 19 front 285 40 19 rear in some michilin pilot sport all season 4’s

My only comment is that going too wide, or having too sticky of a setup might make the car lose some of its playfulness. Worth a consideration.

Was in the same boat as you on a non pp GT. Went with 285/35r19 square on 10” et40 rims. Handling is definitely much improved over the stock set up and it looks great as well. I was planning on a staggered set up but the lack of sizes in all season tires wider than 285 made me go with a square.
There is a Michelin 325/30r19 all season if you want to pair that with a 285 up front. I didn’t feel like it was worth it. They are about 150-200$ more a tire than a 285. Also that is the only manufacturer that makes an all season in that size. With a 285 you can choose from about 10 different manufacturers.

I have run both square and staggered and for me the square setup gives me more traction in the turns.
I have 315/30/19 Pilot Sports on all four corners
