Perimeter Plus Alarm Issues

A few months ago I installed the perimeter plus module in my 2024 Ecoboost Convertible. It works well, but there seems to be a bug in the software where the key fob unlocks the car but doesn't disable the alarm. Basic troubleshooting said that maybe the battery is low in the FOB, so I changed that and it still has issues. I can repeat the issue with the trunk whereby I approach the car when it's asleep and use the FOB unlock button to unlock it. Then I open the trunk and close it, and the alarm goes off. I've also had it go off sometimes (not all the time) when I pull on the door handle to open the door and the alarm sounds.

Not sure if there's a fix for this or not. Anyone else have any issues?

No issues here. I installed it this past summer on my 24 Dark Horse.

Must just be me. I continue to see random experiences where the car sees the FOB and unlocks the car, but will not disarm the perimeter plus module so the alarm sounds when I open the door or close the trunk.
