I’m stunned and shocked that for the first time ever ( this is my 4th one), my 25 5 litre has amazing thick silver paint. Zero orange peel. Did the panel gap check before purchase and fenders and hood and doors weee perfect and symmetrical. Had them adjust the trunk lid by 1/4” down on the drivers side to make fit flush.
TLDR-first Mustang I have owned that wasn’t a quality issue nightmare and is actually well put tighter….better panel alignment than my 24 R which came from Germany.
maybe Ford hasn’t changed and I just lucked out. I don’t know.
