Hi folks,
I'm thinking to install an oil cooler on my non-performance pack GT. I will go with ford's part.
I saw a video on yt that someone installed it. What is this grease type substance the oil adaptor has? Is it anticorrosion grease ?Does it has to be flushed out prior installation ?
After installation how does the car know it has an oil cooler in order to properly display the oil temp ? Is the temperature inferred/calculated to actually measured ?
Thanks
