My modified 2024 Mustang GT's first passes at the dragstrip -- 11.25s @ 123mph

First passes made today, went a best of 11.25@123 with a good head wind, and my son driving for the first time in a drag strip. He did a great job.
Car weighs 3380 with half a tank of gas. Stock it weighed 3720
The interior is 100% complete, hasn't been touched yet.

? Re spare tire delete. Does that mean you removed the styrofoam insert from the trunk? I didn’t get a spare with mine just a silly can of glue air and a pump.

Actually it appears to be tied to dissimilar sized tires. My dark horse doesn't have the Performance Pack which would have given it different tires though it probably has some of the features included in the Performance Pack and all I have is a can of goop with an air compressor. The sales man said there would be a jack and wrench but if there is one, I haven't found it yet.
I think the idea is when you blow a rear tire, you move the front tire to the rear and put the spare on the front. with dissimilar wheels you don't have a wheel the right size for the torsion rear end. Some reason or another they just don't want to provide a full size tire compatible with the rear end, something I was able to buy in the after market.
To often the manufacture view the design through the window of somebody living in the eastern part of the country where everything is close together. Out here in the west you can go 50 to 100 miles without seeing a filling station and once I was on a paved two lane road between Yosemite and Vegas and we must have gone over 100 miles without seeing a car coming the other way, There was one ranch but other than that, nothing. Needless to say, there wasn't any cell service. Self rescue is important under those conditions. Unfortunately we filled the tank in Yosemite but our passengers offered to fill it. They didn't tell us that because the prices were sky high, they didn't fill it all the way. I was riding shot gun and my fuel calculations were coming up really wrong until I learned that little bit of information. When we finally popped out in civilization on the other side, we made the decision to drive away from Vegas to find fuel. The first station was closed for the day but the second was open so we filled up. Those few extra gallons that car held after the gauge said full were really important and the lack of them being there could have proven dangerous.

Actually any car without brembos, I don’t have pp but have brembos and when you add brembos they will remove spare

honestly, i forgot Brembo's were standalone options, yeah the reason the spare doesnt work with those is because it wont fit over the Brembos

Not bad at all. Best 650 60ft to date I think.

Not if you ordered the Brembo brakes like I did no spare on my car. Non PP car just added Brembo option

Do you get any rattle with the headers? I've seen some vids where the metal tubing is so close it actually rattles. They showed the difference when they were on the table and pounded on them to show the rattling you get once actually on the car. Kooks didn't rattle I forgot the brand that did

I have no rattled from the headers, they aren't close enough to anything to get rattles
