I listen to podcasts a lot on my iPhone. It works in other cars. It "works" in my Dark Horse, but not very well.
I have the Bang & Olufson system.
When I listen to the podcast, it is difficult to hear the persons speaking. At times, I have to turn the volume up all the way to the maximum to hear the persons speaking.
So last night, I hop in the wife's 2025 Ford Explorer ST, also with Ford's Bang & Olufson system, to take the family out.
My podcast came on automatically because my phone was in the car. It was amazing. It was much clearer. It was very, very easy to hear. Most importantly, the volume was barely on.
So what is wrong with my Dark Horse that is not wrong with my wife's similar Ford product?
Is it some setting that I am not aware of?
Is the Dark Horse's B&O sound system just that much worse than the Explorer B&O sound system?
I checked her bass, mid, and treble, etc. Both were basically the same (because I set them both). Both were set to "surround."
I am stumped.
Can anybody help?
