Car shows are weird sometimes. One show I had my ~700HP 2015 Z/28 (only 1,801 Z/28's ever made, so somewhat "rare" in today's auto manufacturing world) parked right next to a rusted out Plymouth Volaré with a 6 cylinder. The judges just saw my car as a modern Camaro while the junker Volare won an award. It just is what it is.

Yes that is possible, I haven't won at every show I have attended, but I definitely have stood out amongst the crowd more than I ever expected!

How about all the trophies I'm accumulating at very large shows with over 500 cars in attendance!

Everyones car is special to them. I like the anniversary cars. Brittany Blue is a great color. But this rational that your car its special because you're winning trophies is just self serving. Also buying a new car and driving it off the lot to a car show to win trophies isnt an achievement. If trophies make you feel special then great. But coming here and bragging about it is another thing. At the end of the day the car is still just a GT with badging and no one cares about your trophies. Sorry.

I to have a 60th Anniversary in Wimbledon white #117. I didn’t need it, I spent a lot of money for it although I got $5000 off of it…but I damn sure love driving it!!! I’m 63 and I bought it as a retirement gift to myself! I’ve been a Mustang guy since I was a teenager around 16…friend of mine had a Wimbledon white 68 coupe that we cruised around in all the time! But what really caught my eye and really made me want it is the wheels! They remind me of the Matchbox cars when I was a kid cause they all had the same wheels that looked just like these! Although it isn’t a true collectible per se I do love the color combo and I just love looking at it!!

If a car show is handing out trophys to brand new cars off the showroom floor what's the point... You've done nothing really...lol...Doesn't make the car any better or worse nor does it make the car show awesome...add to that about 1/3 of the 2025 new GT premiums still for sale...more than 350 still sitting... more than a third of those are the anniversary cars....So there still probably 100 still sitting and you could even get you another brand new blue one and get more trophys...

It is awesome you like your car though...enjoy!
