Better yet, put 4 gallons of E85 in with the 93.

Be very careful and some people have had a Check Engine Light show up if the mixture of E85 is more than the 4 gallons.

Sway bars and a solid sping and damper setup.

Suspension would be my first choice. Even if you aren't near good mountain/canyon back roads. Just driving around town it makes the car more fun to drive.

Funny you mention that. During WW2 (and earlier) they found unpainted, highly polished aircraft were faster.
