Just Registered for Dark Horse Track Attack

Was telling my wife about the track attack and she told me to book it. When I looked previously the dates were not into July. July 9th will be my 41st B-day. What a day it should be. Will take her and the kids to be with her grandma that live about 40 minutes away and sneak down to the track attack. So excited for this now. Any tips or advice on what to do to prepare for the event? Do they have additional merchandise that is DH specific there? Let me know the good and if there is any bad from anyone that has already been there. Stay safe out there.

if there's any way to swing the 2 day event, do it without hesitation. The 2nd day is really insightful and very fun.

The big thing on day 1 is the auto-x course. You need to cane the car to get the time out of it, but if you do your part it will be a hoot. They have a pro-shop at the track and some spendy merch if you want.

I had a great time, well worth it.

yes you do or atleast for 24 and 25 not sure if they are or are not doing it for 26 since they rebranded

i just looked at a 2026 going to a dealer and it no longer has the track attack on the window sticker
like my 24 did

Yes, you have 1 year after purchase to go there for free. You pay for travel and hotel.

Not sure what the offer is for 2026, but I got this with my 2024 Ecoboost... so anyone interested (no matter your mustang trim) check into it.

No I dont have any auto cross or track days experience. I rode motorcycles for about 20 years so I'm used to looking through the turn.

I attended DH Track attack last month. One of the best/most fun experiences I’ve ever had. It’s an experience I will never forget. Top-notch course and instructors! Just awesome all around experience-you will love it! My wife even got a 2-lap non-driving guest experience that I know she will never forget either!

I went last year and it was an unbelievable experience. You get to really experience what the dark horse is capable of.

The bike riding experience will help a lot, not just looking through the turn, but taking the corners efficiently. The hardest part will be trusting the tires. They WILL stick.

If you could get an auto x in before, it might give you a better idea what to expect from the car.

Yes you do indeed get the track attack with the 26, they sent us the notification / invite in the mail as a personalized card.

Definitely not passing up that opportunity, really a once in a life experience unless you buy another dark horse.
