I got that email a couple weeks ago, saying mine was scheduled for July 31st. But the tracker doesn't have a date anymore

Same here. I had a build date and it went blank a month ago. My dealer just sends me pics of his computer screen. It shows my build date on there. 7/17 now.
Ford tracker sucks.

We probably won't be updated now until it actually goes into production.

My build date is for 6/22. The tracker didn’t show in production until 6/12. If I remember correctly I was able to see my window sticker at like 6pm (Central US) on 6/13.

Thanks for the info. My tracker has never worked after having a VIN for about 50 days now. I have tried all different browsers. I've been getting updates through Ford chat every couple of weeks. My "build week" has been 6/27 since I originally got the VIN but moved 1 whole day to 6/28 when I checked like a week ago so I'm really hoping it starts working sometime this week. If nothing else I'm just going to contact them on 6/29 for my next update.
