Just got the car a few days ago and noticed all these gaps. Is this common from Ford? Also the wheel alignment isn't straight the engine makes a whining noise like my hellcat did. What is going on with Ford and who should I contact? Thanks for any feedback.

Yes aside from the wheel alignment (not normal) these are all very common, the whining noise is normal. The gaps are a always a known issue on Mustangs. Many videos out there on how to adjust them or if you don't want to mess with it, back to the dealer.

Who is going to hear it, the dealership? They didn't build the vehicle.

See if you can find your blend date and then we’ll know approximately which crew to chastise.

Making cars isn't a perfect venture, hell Mercedes Benz even has issues.....Sh$t happens. Not to your satisfaction, especially for the $$ spent, take to dealer, speak to your salesman and point out the issues. They're there to be sure you are satisfied with the product, if not they'll try and correct that. Understand your discomfort, but give your dealer the opportunity to correct, its their reputation being challenged as well.

I doubt the dealer will do anything about it saying it’s normal. Just look at all the other Mustangs on the lot and you will see what I mean.

Quality control is not job 1 at flat rock. With that said, inspection before purchase is key. It determines what you can or can’t live with.
I would be wary of dealership too. May go into solve one problem only to come out with another.
