Sorry to hear of your problem. Kind of takes the fun and excitement out of the upgrade. I think you should post a few pictures to see if someone with a manual can help point you in the right direction.

If you still have a plug/connector not connected, I would not even try to power it up until you figure out where it goes! Take a pic of the connector and post it here, someone may recognize it.

While you're at it, I'd also take the time to re-check the routing of all wiring, connectors, vacuum lines, etc. Check to see that things are connected well, but also out of the way, so as not to melt once the engine is up to temps. Space is tight. Visibility in some areas is less than ideal.

This ^ is an extreme example, but it happens.
So true. I've seen many swaps of all sorts and it's easy to inadvertently pinch or crimp something without even realizing it.

You could be losing power so I don't think you've lost your mind.

Loosing...maybe the approval from an English teacher but beyond that you're good.

You gotta plug in and OBD and see if a module lost coms. you may have popped a BCM fuse or the BCM may have become damaged. you could also have de-powered the BCM or something may be loose. Forscan is orettt cheap. it’ll point you in the right direction

If the OP still has a plug disconnected and can't find where it goes, any other suggestions are moot... it won't work with wires unplugged!

No further posts from OP yet, so no idea what's going on. Any updates @1stockdh ?

Thank you everyone for your help, this community is a blessing

The problem was 2 ground bolts on the fuse box that where not tight enough causing the car to lose basically all power, once i tighten them, everything was back to normal
