I find it kind of disappointing if Shelby is using the MT82 instead of a Tremec, that is if this is the final iteration of their build. Would you warranty it for three years behind an SC Coyote?

Sure, why not? Roush does it everyday. So many on here have SC’ed GT’s. The MT82 is far from perfect but it handles power pretty well.

Lockouts at high rpm shifts likely SAVES the mt82 …

And I know I’m yelling at a wall but the tremec is not some badass piece, just as many problems with lockouts, grinding gears etc…

It said it was a Super Snake so is it a GT500 and if it is I was surprised and I expected a automatic trans not a 6spd MT82 and not a Tremec? Also I'm guessing they are both 2025 releases.

The Super Snake starts life as a GT with the 5.0 engine.

Absolutely not. if the Cobra name is ever used again by Ford let it be for a car that is somewhat affordable by regular Mustang owners. Besides the GTD is a great name as it is a street legal GT3 race car.
