Ford Protect Premium Maintenance Plans and 5w50 Synthetic Oil

When I purchased my Dark Horse, I also bought the Ford Protect Premium Maintenance Plan. I understand opinions are varied if this makes sense or not, but I live in a HCOL State, so the math works for me. Recently I had a Ford Performance Supercharger installed that requires 5w50 synthetic oil. I did get the 'fully synthetic' option with my maintenance plan. Will the Ford dealer upcharge for 5w50 or is that included in the maintenance plan?

The recommended oil for my RS (only 6 qts) was full synth 5w-50 SN, SN+, or SP. My dealer charged $25/qt for it!

I have a 24 Dark Horse with a Whipple and have the extended maintenance plan and when they change my oil they put in 5-50 w full synthetic oil that the supercharger says to run with no problems.
