I have some questions about one of their front splitters, but I have gotten nowhere with it. You can't call them, they don't list a number and the number you do find with Goggle is never answered. When you try to message them, they never email you back. How can they be sold out of anything when their customer service SUCKS so much?

When a business has no phone number, no street address listed, and only has a form for contacting them, I'm out. I learned the hard way years ago, there a good chance they are not legit. It's a one way street. They want your information and money and that's their focus. I'd take my business elsewhere that cares about you, not just the sale, but care about you after the sale as well.

Bummer. I am considering replacing my stock splitter with the handling pack version. Unfortunately, the price is a little steep. The track splitter from FI looked like a promising alternative. It's looking like I will have to pony up. (Pun intended. )

Alibaba, An extremely lucky person, especially one who acquires a large fortune by luck or by chance. Crap! Just like Aero Flow Dynamics in the Subi world.

I finally got the part shipped after having the bank charge back my card. Seems that got their attention. What they do is get batches then ship after they have whatever minimum is required. They also require a freaking signature. Seriously. This company is trash. Shady and deserves to go under. Stay away.

Got it in it feels very rigid almost like fiberglass it's light finish is goodish just hope it never encounters anything hitting it feels like it would shatter. Yea i got one but i would not recommend to anyone, The companies attitude sucks and communications are non existent, the product is ok fitment misses the wheel well by a noticeable amount i would say at least 2 to 3 eights its on both sides. The paint on the passenger side looks kind of faded. Fixable with a trim restorer. Its a white abs, possibly resin as it does not behave like any variant of abs i have used in any production environment. The box it was shipped in was two smaller boxes taped together by a gorilla on Xanax.

I should have disputed an old transaction with them earlier in the year. Placed an order for a splitter and got charged a restocking fee. Asked why when it was never shipping anytime soon, no response. Meanwhile I cancelled an order that was still on preorder and not shipping anytime soon from Lethal and they actually refunded me everything without a restocking fee which they have as well. Now that’s way better customer service compared to Feral
