I am doing maintence on my mustang before going FBO my set up is Catless longtube headers, 18’ manifold, and jlt intake with a tune.. what would be the best spark plugs to use for this setup ?

How many miles on them? If you have factory Iridium plugs in there, I wouldn't even change them unless you have 100k on the car.

These plugs are like $10 each, it's not like the old 302 when you could spark plugs for $1 each and it was no big deal to change them all the time.

At most, the gap might change by a few thou, but I doubt it.

Factory Motorcraft sparks and coils are great.
