And here we go. All of a sudden after replacing parts for almost the past 2 months, now they said the sound is normal. Anyone else have this "normal issue"?

"My shop foreman just got with me. He had submitted a hotline to ford (A request for technical assistance). They said that the sound you are hearing is a normal sound for the Dark Horse. I do have it ready for you to pick up"

Im sorry this is happening to you. It completely ruins your Mustang experience that obviously you really wanted and you should be able to enjoy your new car. Is your darkhorse a manual tranny? Also do you have the handling package? I ask because mine is auto and has handling package. Is there anyway you could record the sound? Or try to explain what it might sound like exactly so I can try to listen for something similar on mine. But if yours is a manual that might be the difference between a certain sound or normal type sounds it might make or not. Can't tell you how pissed I'd be if they said they heard it and it's not normal and now to reverse themselves!.

Thank you. Mine is an A10, non-HP. I described it the best I could in the first post. I would best describe it as a dull squeak under deceleration and you can feel a small jolt in the steering wheel when the noise occurs. It's especially noticeable if I get the car up to about 45 mph then let it coast to slow down (or using brakes) and it will typically happen somewhere between about 35-25 mph mark. Often right about 25 mph, but the exact speed can vary. It's a one-time dull squeak/jolt under each decel.
