Does anyone know if fuel cutoff occurs at 7,200 RPM in every drive mode in the 5.0 with a manual transmission?

In other words, does 7500 rpm - 7250 rpm = 500 ms ?
I'm curious. I'm pretty sure I've hit 7500 RPM unless there is a bit of latency between the engine, the ECU, and the driver's RPM display.

Shortly thereafter upon return below the threshold
Right, to me in a manual if it does happen, it feels like you can just granny shift to get around it.

Did a 0-60 MPH run today... yea, there was fuel cut off around 7300 RPM, granted this was in 1st gear.
