DH bugs since day one

Hi I picked up my DH in Europe in June this year. Since day one the car has bugs as below which cause most of the "safety" assists in the car to not work. Only the reversing camera and auto hold work.

Has anyone encountered problems like this before? My dealer has been unable to deal with these problems for 3 weeks and they are waiting for guidance from the factory in the USA.

If you have had such problems how were they resolved?

I can think of two things which could help:

- Confirm the car's battery is full-charged, capable of holding a charge and carrying a load. Your car took time to ship from the US to EU. We had several problems here, that, due to weak batteries, presented themselves. These issues were often fixed when either the battery had a good charge applied or was replaced

- Make sure the car has all the latest software updates. Several Body Control Module and Powertrain Control Module updates occured after the model release. The dealer can check all the module software versions and confirm they are up-to-date

I just received new info from the dealer, they are waiting for special technician from Ford to do deep reset of modules.

Just had mine repaired, it was the electronic brake booster.

It took many trips, most visits were "re-charged battery. Last visit they replaced this suspected of causing other communication codes.

It turned out that the software was to blame. When the car arrives in Europe, they upload software updates at the customs warehouse. In my case, they loaded the software for model 2024 instead of 2024.5, which is why there were so many errors and the assistants did not work.

A Ford technician uploaded the software for 2024.5 and all the errors disappeared, but a new one appeared concerning the IPMA module and the processing of data from the steering column.

Another enquiry went to the US factory about this.
