Dark Horse front splitter non HP

Ordered a 25 dark horse base about a month ago, HP was unavailable at the time/currently as mentioned from other threads. Looking to purchase a front splitter and finding conflicting information online. Many retailers selling front splitter for HP and state not compatible with non HP, then found in another thread, Levittownfordparts sells one and says it’s a replacement for HP or upgrade for base. Anyone have better knowledge on this topic? Don’t want to buy this for it to ultimately not fit. I know ARP sells one for base but was looking for one without the support rods if possible.

No, you do not. I actually swapped my HP splitter that was chewed up to the non-HP splitter. Way too many clearance issues around here, unfortunately.

I didn’t think so but wanted to make sure, someone told me they had to take the bumper off and it didn’t make sense but I didn’t want to buy a $600 lip and find that out. The clearance is that much worse with it?
