Putting HP wheels on Non HP Dark Horse

Are the wheels interchangeable on the HP and non-HP? HP tires are not as tall as Non HP tires does this mean there would be more wheel gap?

It's my understanding that the the HP sits lower than the non HP. Here is a sample from my HP Dark Horse before I lowered it and put 20s on.

Here is a comparison of your non-hp (tire #1) vs hp tire sizes (tire #2)

Since the non-HP doesn't sit as low, and you add a shorter tire, you will increase the gap.
