Update: It's been 6 months since the dealer applied grease to the output flange and splines. I currently have 6500 miles on the car and it's running great. The popping/clunking noise has not returned. ✌

Yeah, 😕... I received mine a couple weeks ago. Could've at least made it the same color as my car, since they had to have our VIN to register for TrackAttack... Strange looking"Trophy"

Applying grease to my transmission output shaft splines and the I.D. of the output flange splines resolved my clunking noise. The output flange is connected to the driveshaft. Mine has the stock exhaust. Only takes about 15 minutes to apply the grease if you have a lift. Good Luck

I've put about 200 miles on the DH since the grease was applied and haven't heard the clunk/pop. I'm still waiting on a new Output Shaft Flange to arrive at the dealer. It's currently on backorder. Once it arrives I will have them remove the original and replace with the new one. We will also...

Crazy how a little bit of grease makes a huge difference. I've only driven it 25 miles since they applied grease. I'll know more after this weekend. It's not my daily. @Xiaoqian - Thanks for your diagnosis and input much appreciated!

Took my DH to the dealer this morning. The Output Shaft Flange is on back order. I had them remove the old one and it was bone dry, no grease. Service tech applied grease to the external splines coming from the trans and also greased the splines on the inside of the Output Shaft Flange. Took...

Mine goes to the shop tomorrow. They will be replacing the Output Shaft Flange, as stated above. Hope this resolves my clunking issue... Finger crossed.

I've been wondering the same thing.

It works as advertised. I have mine mounted on the driver side. Only issue is, it hangs below the splitter about an inch. I have to remove it before pulling in or backing out of my inclined driveway. I usually leave it off.... I keep it in the trunk just in case. Got pulled over Saturday...

Car is out of the shop. Had both half shafts and hubs replaced yesterday + realignment. Problem still exists. Dealer is now ordering some new transmission mounts. Taking it back to the shop when the parts arrive. To be continued...................... ☮
