All,
We spent a lot of time discussing things like what the car would be named in the other thread. I would like to avoid that here and discuss what you would like to see in a platform sharing car with a D2C base chassis.
Note, this is the chassis the mustang uses D size 2 door Coupe. Obviously it's going to be a 4 door, so maybe D4S?, but let's stick to using the indicator D2C just to indicate a platform sharing vehicle and not one that uses a different platform like the CD6
To break it down, talk about what you would like to see in the following categories:
Make (Ford or Lincoln, or Both)
Shape
Size
Seating Configuration/type of seat Number of Seats and size of person that can fit there. Infant, Child, Young adult, Adult Female, Adult Male, large adult male, etc.
Engine choices
Transmission Choices
Drive Layout
Ride Characteristics: Performance, Luxury, or bit of both
Price Range
If you disagree, kindly post your thoughts on what the car should be. Friendly debate is fine, but please keep it friendly.
