Custom drive mode Gone ???😡

I took the car out for a run today and i get the drive mode not available notification when i select custom so i go into my mustang and try and set one up again and the option screen is just gone is this attached with fords premium connectivity my trial has expired and i do not plan on renewing it at a cost to me

i had the same issue a while ago, i think i used FORScan to do an SCCM self-test and it fixed it. not sure what causes this. it will reset some of your settings like custom modes and MyColor, though

i dont have any windows devices so thats not an option might pull the battery and see if it will reset then

Did you try the Sync system reset? I have had many glitches with the system that were solved with the "reset" option in settings. Unfortunately it erases all my SiriusXM presets..only had to do that twice, usually a simple shut the car off and leave it sit for 10 minutes, restart and everything and everything is normal.

Hopefully at some point we will get some serious OTA updates for the system

I still have the same issue with custom modes not allowing more then one to stay, the others will disappear with a few cycles and the clock still won't stay in 24 mode. I need to take a vacation from work just so Ford can try and figure it out and even then I don't think they have a clue. They already tried fixing the clock but failed.
