Good for you and just go for your after market additions. Glad you know people to do that for you or do you do it yourself
SoggyAnalBoy hasn't been on here in 6 months. Musta tucked tail and ran. Sure wish he would have made that claim to me about my house ... šŸ˜†

After driving F-150’s most of my life my GT Premium took some time to get use to.
The Lane keeping system can throw you off guard if you're not use to it.
Take your time and learn how your new Ride Performs?
I've got Bluecruise in my F150. It's great. 55 miles one way to work and ~50 of it is hands free.

Do not like the Lane Keeping/Centering function, don't care for the car doing something I'm not in control of. The other features I like, Adaptive Cruise w/Gap Distance, Predictive Speed Assist and Intelligent Speed Limiter.

I’ve got it at the recommended 32psi. The cars are transported at higher pressures. I don’t remember the reason why. (I think it’s to avoid developing flat spots if they’re sitting a long time 🤷) Dealers are supposed to lower pressure before delivery.
My car felt the same way when I first got it. I checked the tire pressure and it was at 40 psi. Lowered the pressure to 32 psi and it handles much better.

Just seeing this thread so I guess I need to check my tire pressure as well. I see a few in here say the recommended PSI is 32 cold. Does anyone know if the recommended PSI depends on what size tire you have? I just have a base GT with the 18" wheels. I'll have to see what the sticker on the door jam recommends. Also are you guys just using the digital readout in the sync menu to read the pressure or doing it old school with a manual gage? I would hope the digital readout is accurate but who knows lol.

I use 3 different gauges. None digital. All are within 1 pound or less. I check them regularly. I grab anyone with confidence.

The recommended tire pressure for your car is on the driver's side door frame (Right side.) Mine is 32 psi.

I believe the PSI on your door jam is always a pound or two lower than what it could be.
The lower tire pressure gives you a much smoother, Softer ride. I always add a couple pounds to mine.
This does not represent union pay or management just my two cents.

I check my tire pressure frequently. As I said, I try to keep my pressure at the recommended "cold" temperature. Tire pressure increases as you drive, particularly during the summer months. As an example, the tire pressure when I left for church yesterday morning was at 32 psi, with the exception of 1, which was lower. By the time I got to church the psi had increased to around 35. If you're wondering why I check my pressure frequently, I have aftermarket wheels and tires, and I had a problem with my TPMS when I got them. I really don't worry about it during the winter because I store my car. I air up the tires to 40 psi and put it away.

I know this is an old post.
I believe the Tire Manufacturers recommend a lower tire pressure to get a Smoother Ride.
I usually go a couple of lbs higher.
I need to check the tire pressure on our GT?
Been a little lax?
