Finally arrived at the dealership today, picking her up Thursday morning!

Ordered 3/27, built 8/17, shipped 8/22

I figure mine will sit at Ramp 5 in new boston for a week or more. I don’t expect car until October. If it comes early great, if not oh well. This whole experience has taken the wind out of my sail. All in I think it’s taken back2gas about 2-3 weeks? My financing good for 90 days.

Still at New Boston since 8/21. A dealership just 20min further has had several for. Sale. Would have walked and bought one but I financed mine on 8/21 when it shipped

Car has been sitting in KC waiting since 9/6 so these last few days have seemed eternal.

My car had blend date of 09/06, as of yesterday 09/10 the status is now built awaiting shipping.
Just spoke to chat and asked if Ford strikes will that affect my estimated delivery date of 09/17-09/23? Come back was that's a great question don't have an answer for you. My dealer says as long as its been released by the plant it should have no affect on shipping, keeping fingers crossed

My car went from Built to Order Confirmed. I contacted Ford Chat and the car is shipped via Convoy but I am sure its railcar at the start of its journey....

Precision will just move your car to the next staging lot. From there its probably going rail. You should find out in a few days. Mine sat at the Ramp 59 yard for 5 days before loading onto rail after Precision moved it there.

It seems like my delivery is going to be a photo finish in lieu of the strike. Now that the car is built, I'm hoping this strike does not affect both production and logistics, but at the same time I would hate to be a logistics worker and have to walk through that picket line to get to work. We will see...

Finally arrived and picked it up tonight. Despite my frustration with Ford and its poor communications thru this process. I am ecstatic with the car. Didn't want to stop driving it tonight. Pics are in late evening light, Vapor Blue really pops with the NPP. Also very happy with the Space grey seats.

They let you complete the sale even though the vehicle is not on the lot? Never heard of that before.

Beautiful. One of the nicest color combos with GBM Calipers and Space Gray.

They let you complete the sale even though the vehicle is not on the lot? Never heard of that before.

I did the same thing. They pretty much made me do it because they were pissed I wasn't financing through them or a place they get a kickback, I also used X Plan. So in order for them to give me a buyers order to take to my credit union they forced me to do a pre-buy. Dealerships are scandalous at best.
