Break-In period limiters?

Hey guys, I found in the 2024 Mustang owner's manual that the break in period for S650s is 1000 mi. During this period, is the red line limited/locked at 4000-5000 like some other cars which is unlocked after breaking in or do we have to manually take care not to reach higher rpms?

There is no hard limit like other cars.
Check the youtube videos of people dyno'n their cars to redline with less then 100 miles.
