Bluetooth intermittent problem

Has anybody else had intermittent problems with their phone/carplay connection? Our 2024 convertible seems to connect but then disconnect. It is very frustrating, is there a solution to make it reliable? Thanks

I have not had it ever disconnect once connected but sometimes it is a total pain in the butt to connect. I have to reboot the phone and turn off the car and open the door to restart sync. Then it will connect. no idea why this happens but I would say it is probably once a week. And usually when i am in a hurry to go somewhere.

Corded or Wireless? I've not had that problem with android.
